How to ban a card

At the bottom of the cashier screen, you can mark a card as “banned”.

• To ban: Type a reason into the “banned reason” textbox and hit Save
• To un-ban: Remove the text from the “banned reason” textbox and hit Save

What Players See

• A player will be blocked from using a banned card until it is un-banned again.

• When a player tries to swipe a banned card, they will see this on the node screen: Your card is disabled. Please see staff

• Note: the reason the player is banned won’t be shown to the player, it’s internal-only for staff eyes only.

When the player asks staff about it:

• If the banned player asks why their card is disabled and hands it to a staffer, and the staffer swipes it on a cashier node, a message showing the banned reason will be displayed in yellow:

When to ban

• Bad behavior
• Exploiting game credits
• Card was turned in lost or you want to disable a card long-term
• Anytime you want, since you’re the boss 😎
