Server Changes

Under the Arcade menu, there is now one place that combines events and transactions to help with forensics when transactions go wrong.
This is an early preview version. While it is functional, we plan to continue simplifying the UI in the future.
Record the "lastfour" of the card used for a credit card transaction in the event under the new 'extra' field, and then read that and put it in the notes for credit transactions for display later. Note that this only works for new transactions, not any that already exist.
Added notes to transaction records on kiosks displaying whether a transaction was cash or credit.
Added tickets_awarded and tickets_claimed.

Huge changes have been made, including a rewritten report that handles things a lot better.
Better date picking, more descriptions, better filtering.
Show courtesy vs. real credits better.
Calculate average point value based on bonuses given and use that to calculate more realistic game revenue.
Fixed a broken percentage revenue calculation.
Handle timezones better.
Fix game category listings.

This is a very cool feature :)
On the latest Chrome (>= March 2023) on mobile phones, we can use the new NFCReader() JavaScript API to read card swipes on mobile phones.
