Easiest way to handle permissions in RFPAY is with Roles.

We recommend creating a role for Cashier operator staff.

How to make a role and assign to a user

Create a role called “Cashier” (Main → Users → Roles → New Role)

At the bottom of the page, under Admin Controls, add only the following permissions:

• Cashier,
• Cashier_view,
• Event_Cashier, and
• Reverse_Transaction

Go back to the main menu → Users → Users

Find the User you want to assign these permissions to, and click Details

Scroll to Admin Settings near the bottom, find the new Cashier Role, and click add.
