Rfpay can handle your ticket redemption needs!

• RFpay Nodes can replace most ticket printers on arcade machines using the provided arcade connector cable.
• Instead of dispensing physical tickets, RFpay Nodes can award virtual tickets from machines to players.
• Staff can then redeem tickets from players using the Cashier Page on any node configured as a Cashier Node

Install

Most games will work out of the box with our default settings.

However, you can customize ticket pulse lengths, polarity, and timing in under the Arcade→Games→Edit menu for games that need it.

Common setup issues:

Some common symptoms that might indicate you should look at customizing RFpay ticket settings:

• RFpay Node doesn’t recognize when the machine is dispensing tickets
• Rfpay Node causes machine to have a ticket error, detect a ticket jam, etc.
• Rfpay Node incorrectly begins ticket dispensing as soon as it boots, or as soon as the machine starts up.
• After a machine finishes dispensing tickets, Rfpay node doesn’t detect the end of the ticket dispensing and continues to dispense tickets to a card (sometimes in the hundreds/thousands/etc)
